Coco Ramen

    We use the freshest ingredients for our home-styled ramen. There are six types of delicious broth to choose from, five of which are slow-cooked to perfection with our flavorful pork and chicken stock base. Then decorated with nori, soft-boiled egg, and assorted vegetables. And lastly, top it off with your choice of our specially-made braised pork belly or delicious chashu. Choose our Japanese Ramen with the following flavors:

    • Seafood Ramen - Special

      Salt base with Pork and Chicken stock. Topped with shrimp, squid, mussel. (choice of garlic, no garlic, or black garlic, and spiciness)

    • Tonkotsu Ramen - Rich

      Tonkotsu base with Pork and Chicken Stock. (choice of garlic, no garlic, or black garlic, and spiciness)

    • Miso Ramen - Creamy

      Miso base with Pork and Chicken Stock. (choice of garlic, no garlic, black garlic, and spiciness)

    • Shoyu Ramen - Classic

      Aged Soy Sauce base with Pork and Chicken Stock. (choice of garlic, no garlic, or black garlic, and spiciness)

    • Shio Ramen - Clean and Refreshing

Sake

    • Kanchiku Sake

      Kanchiku is handmade sake. The name Kanchiku means 'Cold Bamboo' as it is brewed in low temperatures typical to the mountainous region of Nagano. The aroma is wonderful and the sake is sweet, fruity and smooth.It is rich and rather interesting as there is slight salty taste to it. The sake offers a nice clean finish and is dry. alcohol 16%. SMV +3.0

    • Kikusui Junmai Ginjo

      Special brew using 100% highly-polished Gohyakumangoku sake rice, which is fermented over a long period of time at a low temperature. The fragrance and rich savor special to Kikusui's pure rice sake, as well as its lightness and smoothness. Alcohol 16%. SMV +1.0

  • Ginjo

    • Mizbasho Ginjo

      2012 BTI world wine championships silver medal with a silky, fruity-yet-dry medium - full body and a tangy, water chestnut, anise whipped cream and powdered sugar accented finish,. A bold sexy sake, rice polishing rate 50%, rice grain: yamadanishki (hyogo), sake meter value (SMV):+4. It is named after the beautiful flower "MIZBASHO", Alcohol 15%.

    • Kubota Senju Honjozo

      (Ginjo- grade honjozo Sake) Full banana cream pie aroma with spicy favors of clove and nutmeg, serve chilled enjoy the clear flavor, or slightly warmed at 100F. Natural alcohol is added to achieve its clean and crisp flavor. Elegant aroma is especially comforting. SMV :+6.0, ALC 26%

      Kurosawa Sake Brewery has been brewing sake using the traditional had crafted method since 1858. Much-anticipated "Kurosawa Nigori (unfiltered) Sake" is finally available in the United States.
